Lyon specializes in representing buyers and sellers of investment properties, including land transactions. She works with new and seasoned property investors.

In 2019, she represented the sellers of these properties:

  • 101 E. Lexington Street in Allentown, a 40,810-square-foot building
  • 45 E. Raspberry Street in Bethlehem, a 14-unit multi-family property
  • 736 N. Jordan Street in Allentown, an 11-unit multi-family building

In addition, she represented the buyer of 807 Chew Street in Allentown, a 4-unit apartment building.
