BETHLEHEM, PA (August 19, 2021) – As the real estate market in the Lehigh Valley continues to be very active, Lisa Meszler Lyon of ALT Realty of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, recently represented the buyers of four rental properties for sales that totaled more than $1.49 million.

The properties sold were:

  1. 448 E. North Street, Bethlehem, PA. The seven-unit property had a 7% capitalization rate, an indication of potential return on investment.
  2. 630 Pawnee Street and 520 Hess Street, Bethlehem, PA. The properties were sold to the same buyer and will be renovated for student housing.
  3. 511-513 Third Avenue, Bethlehem, PA. Lyon represented both the buyer and seller and worked with another broker for this 4-unit property off-market deal.
